Chatham University is home to more than 2,200 students and 370 full-time employees. With those employees comes the responsibility to provide comprehensive and affordable health care benefits, which is how Chatham and First Commonwealth have most recently joined forces.

By moving to a self-funded benefits model, Frank and his team have provided enhanced benefits options at the same cost to employees for the past three years. According to employee feedback surveys, employees are confident in their plan and are taking advantage of resources like their wellness initiative.
