Reporting Loan Servicing Errors
Please write to us if you believe there has been an error in the servicing of your loan or to request additional information. You must submit your request to us at: Global Credit Union Bank, Loan Maintenance Support, P.O. Box 400, Indiana, PA 15701; or send us a secure message by accessing your online banking account. Please be sure that you:
1. Tell us your name and account number.
2. Describe the error and why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.
3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error.
We will promptly acknowledge your request, investigate, and correct any errors which occurred. We will also provide you with written notification explaining the outcome of our investigation.
